* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Louis Heitkamp
Louis L. Heitkamp, 73, St. Henry, died at 3:10 p.m. July 20, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born April 12, 1937, in St. Henry, to Raymond and Hilda Schulte Heitkamp. On Feb. 8, 1958, he married Thelma Kramer, who survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving are seven children, Chris (Mark) Tobin, Montezuma, Diane (Jerry) Puthoff and Ray (Jenny) Heitkamp, all of St. Henry, Randy (Susan) Heitkamp, New Bremen, Roger Heitkamp, Fairfield, Angela (Bob) Hunt, Sycamore, Ill., Ron Heitkamp, Celina, and Karla (Dan) Dysert, Minster; nine siblings, Ivo (Millie) Heitkamp, St. Henry, Mary Alice (Julius) Ahrns, Maria Stein, Joan Reigelsperger, Rose Ann (Ivo) Schmidt and Alvin (Linda) Heitkamp, all of Coldwater, Dorothy (Art) Brunswick, Beavercreek, Charlene (Don) Mikesell, Greenville, Ruth Frantz and Dan Heitkamp, both of Kettering; a brother-in-law, Ken Kessen, Coldwater; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Lavern and David Heitkamp; a sister, Lucille Kessen, and a brother-in-law, Louis Reigelsperger.
He was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church in St. Henry, and a social member of the Coldwater Veterans of Foreign Wars. He worked at Hemmelgarn's Inc. in Philothea.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
