* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elaine Rohrer
Elaine M. Rohrer, 75, Fort Recovery, died at 1:50 a.m. July 22, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 5, 1934, in New Weston, to Alex and Ruth Brown Ainsworth. On April 19, 1951, she married Ernest Rohrer, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Ernest (Rose) Rohrer, Mike Rohrer and Dr. David (Lori) Rohrer, all of Fort Recovery; a brother, John (Martha) Ainsworth, Portland, Ind.; a sister, Cynthia (Charles) Sell, Woodington; and five grandchildren.
She was a graduate of the former Jackson High School in Union City. She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fort Recovery, and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
