* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marvin Nuss
Marvin F. Nuss, 87, St. Marys, died at 9:15 p.m. July 27, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born Aug. 29, 1922, in Wapakoneta, to Andy and Clara Mosler Nuss. On June 19, 1948, he married Marie Clausing, who died Jan. 7, 2002.
Surviving are three children, Elaine (Joe) Mayberry, Columbus Grove, Allen Nuss and Jim Nuss, both of St. Marys; a twin brother, Melvin Nuss, Wapakoneta; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Nuss, St. Marys; a brother-in-law, Robert Longsworth, Wapakoneta; and a grandson.
Deceased are two brothers, Robert and Ralph Nuss; a sister, Bernice Longsworth; and a sister-in-law, Mildred Nuss.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force, where he served during World War II. He was a farmer and carpenter where he worked at the former Hoenie and Kogge Construction Company. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church in Christ in St. Marys where he served as the consistory and trustee.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys. Burial with military honors will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens in St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
