* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Christa Ernst
Christa D. Ernst, 39, Minster, died at 5 p.m. Aug. 4, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys following a car accident.
She was born Oct. 29, 1970, in St. Marys, to Gary and Beverly Rhoads Temple. Her mother survives in Defiance and her father survives in St. Marys. On June 3, 1995, she married Michael Ernst Jr., who survives in Minster.
Also surviving are three children, Emily, Aaron and Courtney Ernst, all of Minster; three siblings, Maria (Chris) Clawson, Defiance, Scott (Tonya) Temple, New Bremen, and Gregg Temple, Defiance; father and mother-in-law, Michael Sr. and Eunice Ernst, Minster; four brothers-in-law, Charlie (Belinda) Ernst, Findlay, Ben (Stacy) Ernst, Dublin, Matt Ernst, Lincoln, Neb., and A.J. Ernst, Columbus.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster. She was also a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. She graduated from Defiance College and had a masters degree from Marygrove College in Detroit, Mich. She worked as a substitute teacher.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or an education fund for the children.
