* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alvira Wuebker
Former Fort Loramie resident Alvira B. Wuebker, 87, died Aug. 5, 2010, at the Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born Aug. 18, 1922, in Osgood, to Bernard and Elizabeth Streacker Drees. On June 2, 1945, she married Richard C. Wuebker, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Larry (Margie) Wuebker, Fort Loramie, and Douglas (Dorothy) Wuebker, Fruitland Park, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Ruth Drees, Coldwater; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son and his wife, Richard and Patricia Wuebker; nine siblings, Olivia and Marcella Wappelhorst, Henrietta Muhlenkamp, Leona Schoen, and Ralph, Harold, Luke, Arthur and Ivo Drees; and a great-grandson.
She was a homemaker and a farm wife. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, and a past member of the Farm Bureau Council.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
