* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

County fair preparations

Fort Recovery schools FFA advisers Michael Gower, on the ladder, and Joe Hawk finish up work on a new FFA building on the Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina. Alan Post, the FFA adviser at Parkway schools, also helped complete the new building as a joint venture between the districts. The 158th Mercer County Fair opens Friday.
