* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha McGee
Former St. Marys resident Martha J. McGee, 86, a resident of the Cedars in Leo, Ind., died at 11:35 a.m. Aug. 24, 2010, at the Cedars.
She was born March 19, 1924, in Mendon to Walter and Myrtle Lampy Skinner. On June 8, 1946, she married Howard McGee, who died Nov. 16, 1989.
Surviving are two children, Ed (Madelyn) Pfeister, Huntertown, Ind., Patricia (Bill) Cook, Grabill, Ind.; a step-son, John McGee, Tipp City; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Dan McGee; three sisters; and a brother.
She worked on the family farm and at Goodyear in St. Marys and Priess Shoes in St. Marys. She also was the owner of the Fort Barbee Hotel in St. Marys. She was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys, a Republican Committee Woman and former presiding judge of Noble Township.
Funeral rites are 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Jon Kraner officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens in St. Marys.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
