As tradition dictates, the 2011 Celina Combined Services Appeal kicks off Friday at the Celina Bulldog football game at the high school stadium. Pictured at a recent get-together to announce the 2011 drive are Combined Services officials and representatives of the organizations that will receive funding from this year's drive.
