* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Now
Norma O. Now, 68, Celina, died at 1:25 a.m. Sept. 14, 2010, at Triumph Healthcare Center in St. Rita's Hospital in Lima.
She was born May 29, 1942, in Celina, to John Robert and Cleo Smith Now.
Surviving are three sisters, Joyce Crouch, Wanda Crouch and Virginia (Rex) Werst, all of Celina; and a sister-in-law, Patricia Now, Coldwater.
Deceased are two brothers, Donald Now and Dale Now; and a brother-in-law, Richard Crouch.
She graduated from Coldwater High School in 1960. She was a member of the Beaver Chapel Congregational Christian Church in Celina. She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina.
A memorial service is 2 p.m. Sept. 26 at the church, the Rev. Thomas Christen officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 1-2 p.m. Sept. 26 at the church.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina is handling the arrangements.
