* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

This photograph shows a delivery truck arriving at the original Wooden Shoe Brewery in the early 1900s. It went out of business in the mid-1950s with the building later razed to make way for Precision Strip Inc.
