* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected, especially early Wednesday morning.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

The Mercer County Liberty Group holds a pre-election Tea Party on Sunday afternoon at the Mercer County Fairgrounds. Organization leaders estimated between 300 and 400 people attended the event that featured local and state politicians.
