* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Main Street work

Work continues on Celina's Main Street Monday as workers use surveying equipment and put down gravel. Some sidewalks have been poured, making access to businesses a bit easier. This phase is expected to be done in the fall.
