* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Adele Stelzer
Adele M. Stelzer, 87, St. Henry, died at 4:45 a.m. Oct. 1, 2010, at the Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born Dec. 23, 1922, in Wendelin to Lawrence and Stella Reichert Brunswick. On June 26, 1946, she married Norbert F. Stelzer, who survives.
Other survivors are four children, Gary (Linda) Stelzer, Coldwater, Joan (Dave) Homan, Hoagland, Ind., Betty (Dan) Bills, Celina, and Kathy (Jim) Naseman, St. Henry; three brothers, Louis (Ann) Brunswick, Coldwater, Paul (Shirley) Brunswick, Maria Stein, and Charles (Janet) Brunswick, Bryant, Ind.; a sister, Irma (Urban) Arling, North Star; 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Marie Uhlenhake and Rita Brunswick; and a brother, Cletus Brunswick.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and the Coldwater Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Tom Hemm officiating. Burial is at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
