* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Farmers in the Grand Lake Watershed may be constructing structures like this drystack manure storage building to come into compliance with new rules that would ban manure application during the winter, starting in 2012. The building stores dry manure such as pen pack, a combination of bedding straw and manure, or poultry litter.
