At 448 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Kalida to near Sidney, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Wapakoneta, Ada, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, West Liberty, Anna, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Botkins, Lakeview, Alger, Waynesfield, Belle Center, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, and Quincy. FORT RECOVERY - The public learned Wednesday night it would cost the district $4.8 million to complete minimal renovation to the high school to extend its life another 30 to 40 years.
