* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Herbert Homan
Herbert J. Homan, 90, Celina, died Oct. 24, 2010, at Shane Hill Nursing Home in Rockford.
He was born March 10, 1920, in Coldwater to Frank and Philomena Kessen Homan. On June 4, 1949, he married Dorothy Jane Allen, who died in 2006.
Surviving are four children, Kurt Homan, Columbus, Craig (Jodi) Homan, Celina, Jaculin (Neil) Ellis, St. Marys, and Sandra Homan, Dublin; a sister, Clara Hess, Coldwater; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are nine brothers and sisters, Agnes Homan, Al Homan, Ed Homan, Leonard Homan, Emma Retzmer, Mary Ann Gerlach, Werner Homan, Catherine Bergman and Dorothy Benoit.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, both of Celina, and the Sertoma Club. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked as a branch manager of the BMA Insurance office in Celina, where he was a charter life underwriter.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Ken Alt officiating. Burial with military honors by the Coldwater American Legion is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
