* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bundled up for the chilly weather, a man zips along West Bank Road in Celina on his unique bicycle Wednesday afternoon. Winter weather appears to be arriving with snow flurries in the forecast tonight and Friday. The high today is expected to reach 50 with an overnight low of 32.
