* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary O'Reilly
Mary Ellen O'Reilly, 51, Toledo and formerly of Minster, died Oct. 29, 2010, at her home.
She was born Sept. 18, 1959, in St. Marys to Leo and Norma Prenger O'Reilly, who survive in Minster.
Also surviving are five siblings, Cathy (John) Hoying, Hertford, N.C., Angie Niemeyer, Fort Wayne, Ind., Connie (Vincent) Restivo, Dublin, Tom (Joan) O'Reilly, North Star, and Kevin (Kerri) O'Reilly, Troy.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, a 1977 graduate of Minster High School and a 1981 graduate of Bowling Green State University. She worked as a nursing home administrator in the Toledo area.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials may be made to the ALS Association.
