* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Philip Dodds
Philip Dodds, 54, St. Marys, died at 6:05 a.m. Nov. 7, 2010, at University Hospital in Cincinnati.
He was born March 31, 1956, in Kenton, to John and Myrtle Tracy Dodds. John Dodds is deceased and Myrtle Dodds survives in Bellefontaine. On Oct. 12, 1985, he married Peggy Voland, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Megan (Michael) Beebe, Meredith Dodds and Mallory Dodds, all of St. Marys; seven brothers, John (Jo) Dodds, St. Marys, Denzil (Kay) Dodds, Houston, Texas, Myron (Joan) Dodds, Lima, Michael (Carlotta) Dodds, Jackson Center, Patrick (Sharon) Dodds, Bellefontaine, David (Deanna) Dodds, Jackson Center, and Aaron (Deanece) Dodds, Lakeview; a sister, Molly Shroyer, Wapakoneta; and two grandchildren.
He was a 1974 graduate of Indian Lake High School. He also attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He was a financial planner with Money Concepts. He was a member of the New Community Church in St. Marys.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Nazarene District Center in St. Marys, the Rev. Thomas Schwind officiating. Burial is at Walnut Hill Cemetery in New Hampshire.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the center.
