* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Chris Walter of Celina fills his Kawasaki motorcycle with gasoline on Wednesday afternoon. The price per gallon of regular gasoline averaged $2.89 across the Grand Lake area, and experts believe it may stay in that range or go higher through Christmas.
