* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Developer Steve Klosterman wants to build a manure digester on his property at the northwest corner of U.S. 127 and state Route 219. Klosterman said the digester would be built southwest of the commercial buildings (green roofs) that house his business.
