* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dallas Short
Dallas C. Short, 72, Montezuma, died Nov. 12, 2010, at Parkview Memorial Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.
He was born in Keokee, Va., to John M. and Dovey Short. He married Patricia Short, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Dean (Marika) Short, New Haven, Ind., and Mitch (Katrina) Short, Fort Wayne, Ind.; a daughter, Jennie (Jim) Rogers, Pensacola, Fla.; two sisters, Annette Flannery of Tennessee and Doris (Gene) McQuarry of North Carolina; a brother, John Short of Ohio; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandsons.
He worked in construction through Local Union #213 and retired from Shambaugh Construction in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Funeral services are 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial is at Burdge Cemetery in Montezuma.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home in Fort Wayne, Ind., and 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
