* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bertha Sanderell
Bertha M. Sanderell, 83, Fort Recovery, died at 8:18 p.m. Nov. 16, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born Oct. 6, 1927, in Fort Recovery to Adolph and Ida Reinhard Sanderell.
Surviving is a brother, Tom Sanderell, Fort Recovery.
Deceased are four sisters, Regina Forthoefer, Emma Hart, Matilda Sanderell and Monica Rammel; three brothers, William Sanderell, Norbert Sanderell and Leo Sanderell.
She was a 1946 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and retired from Second National Bank in Fort Recovery after 45 years. She was a member of the Daughter of Isabella Circle 810, served on the Fort Recovery Library Board, was treasurer of the Ambassador Club and a member of the historical society, all of Fort Recovery. She also was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Joe and its Altar Rosary Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery in St. Joe.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:45 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery. The Daughters of Isabella will hold a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Bertha Sanderell Memorial Fund in care of the Fort Recovery Community Foundation.
