* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rita Seger
Rita M. Seger, 83, Fort Loramie, died Nov. 22, 2010, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center in Minster.
She was born Sept. 25, 1927, in Egypt to Herman and Gertrude Knuefner Albers. On Oct. 22, 1947, she married Henry C. Seger, who died Jan. 14, 1992.
Surviving are five children, Michael Seger (Diane Reece), Clinton Township, Mich., Linda (Larry) Haines, Wilmington; Marlene Hoying, Fort Loramie, Russell (June) Seger, Fort Loramie, and Carol (Kirk) Motter, Fort Loramie; eight siblings, Eileen (Urban) Meyer, Minster, Herman (Cecelia) Albers, Fort Loramie, Dorothy (James) Meyer, Sidney, Norma (Gene) Gill, Wapakoneta, Rosie (Dave) Cooper, New Bremen, Diane (Bob) Wyen, McCartyville, Betty (Gerald) Kempfer, Botkins, and Peg (Tim) Simon, Houston; a sister-in-law, Fritz Albers, Maria Stein; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a son-in-law, Michael Hoying; an infant daughter, Elizabeth; two brothers, Donald and Robert Albers; and a sister, Martha Wolters.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie, the Catholic Ladies of Columbia and the St. Anne Rosary and Altar Sodality of the church. She was a member of the Walkup Country Club. She was an owner of Seger's Restaurant and worked at Mauri's Restaurant until her retirement.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials may be made to The Fort Loramie Fire Department in care of The Michael Hoying Scholarship Fund.
