* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Brown
Paul J. Brown, 83, Celina, died at 8 p.m. Dec. 8, 2010, at the Gardens at Celina.
He was born Oct. 2, 1927, in Celina, to Rie and Ethel Snider Brown-Adams. On Nov. 27, 1948, he married Lois Vantilburg, who died Sept. 8, 1999.
Surviving are a son, Kevin (Karen) Brown, Celina; three daughters, Terri Rodriguez, Celina, Becky (Dan) Gast, Celina, and Sandy (Jim) Smith, Celina; a sister-in-law, Winona Brown, New Knoxville; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are his stepfather, Ed Adams; a daughter, Shari Vogel; a great-grandson; a brother, Don Brown; and two sisters, Elma (Bill) Linn and Wanda (Edward) Shively.
He was a member of the Erastus United Methodist in Celina. He was a farmer and a carbon coater for Reynolds & Reynolds in Celina.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial will be at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
