Snowfall of at least an inch is expected across the region, with up to 2 inches possible. There is also the potential for brief intense bursts of snow, especially between 10 PM and 3 AM. Where these brief bursts of snow occur, visibility may drop suddenly, creating additional travel hazards tonight.
West winds will become northwest overnight, gusting as high as 30 to even 35 mph. This may cause blowing snow over roadways, even as the snow ends after 3 AM.

White Buffalo is one of several Hopi kachinas donated recently to the Heritage Museum in Maria Stein by the late Sr. Margaret Mary Imes. This kachina is the largest of the group at about 13 inches. In all, there are more than 200 of the religious icons in the Hopi culture.
