Fog will reduce visibilities this morning. Conditions will vary from location to location with locally dense fog in spots. Motorists should prepare for rapid changes in visibility and allow extra time to reach your intended destination. The fog is expected to improve by mid morning.

Thomas Dingledine
Thomas W. Dingledine, 84, St. Marys, died at 6:44 p.m. Dec. 31, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born April 14, 1926, in St. Marys to Charles and Marie Pohlabel Dingledine. On June 19, 1948, he married Patricia A. Zumbroegel, who died March 6, 2002. On Nov. 1, 2003, he married Mary Lou Vondenhuevel-Davis, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, David (Sandy) Dingledine, St. Marys, Michael (Jane) Dingledine, Coldwater, Paul (Mindy) Dingledine, Celina, Mary (Mark) Cook, Springboro, Gary Dingledine, St. Marys; two stepdaughters, Robin (John) Martens, St. Marys, and Peggy Langenkamp, Convoy; a stepson, Mike (Tiffany) Davis, Celina; a brother, Raymond Dingledine, Lincoln, Neb.; and a sister, Rosemary Rye, St. Marys; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; 14 stepgrandchildren; and 14 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Also deceased is an infant son, Jay Dingledine; three brothers, Robert, Charles and James Dingledine; and four infant brothers and an infant sister.
He was a 1944 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys. He was a U.S. Army Veteran where he served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre during World War II. He worked at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in St. Marys as a pipefitter. He also worked at Bud's Chevrolet dealership in St. Marys as a driver coordinator. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Eagles Lodge Aerie 767, American Legion Post 323 and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289, all of St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial with full graveside military honors is at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:15-10:15 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Memorials may be left to a scholarship fund that is being established in his memory.
