* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Letha Huelsman
Former Coldwater resident, Letha L. "Bobbie" Huelsman, 86, Wapakoneta, died at 2:30 a.m. Jan. 19, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 29, 1924, in Huntington, Ind., to Lowell and Cora Layman Franks. On Feb. 24, 1973, she married Eugene C. Huelsman, who died in 1994.
Surviving are two sons, Philip McHenry, Harrod, and Kenneth (Barbara) McHenry, Carriere, Miss.; three stepchildren, Janice (Ray) Egbert, Botkins, Barbara Smith, Frostproof, Fla., and William (Terry) Huelsman, Wilton Manors, Fla.; two grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; and 11 stepgreat-grandchildren.
Also deceased are four brothers; and a sister.
She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, both of Coldwater.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be left to the Max Baer Heart Fund, Fraternal Order of Eagles, 1623 Gateway Circle South, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
