* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joanne Heiby
Joanne M. Heiby, 82, Celina, died at 11:09 a.m. Feb. 12, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.
She was born Dec. 27, 1928, in St. Marys to Edward and Leota Schaefer Swartz. On Nov. 5, 1949, she married, Floyd E. Heiby, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Richard (Beth) Heiby, Celina; two daughters, Kris Heiby, Celina, and Linda (Bruce) Boley, Celina; two sisters, Marilyn Poling, Worthington, and Janet (Gerald) Wiswasser, Muncie, Ind.; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She was a homemaker and a member of the St .John Lutheran Church in Celina. She was a 1946 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Rita Bair officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice and the American Diabetes Association.
