* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Bollenbacher
William E. Bollenbacher, 92, Celina, died at 8:15 a.m. Feb. 14, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born Nov. 11, 1918, in Berne, Ind., to Peter and Mina Tinkham Bollenbacher. On Dec. 31, 1938, he married Mary Jane Luttman, who died Oct. 13, 1987.
Surviving is a daughter, Gloria (Kent) Schindler, Berne, Ind.; a daughter-in-law, Jean Bollenbacher, Rockford; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a son, Jerry Bollenbacher; two brothers, Francis (Beatrice) Bollenbacher and Albert (Marie) Bollenbacher; and three sisters, Wilma (Jack) Alt, Opal (Irvin) Luginbill and Goldie (Roy) Luginbill.
He worked at the Feed Mill in Berne, Ind. He also worked at Unico and Reynolds and Reynolds, both of Celina. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and the Eagles Lodge, both of Celina. He also was a member of the Mercer County Sportsman Association.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Donald Pletcher officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
