* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Larry Peggs
Larry L. Peggs, 71, Celina, died Feb. 21, 2011, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Minster.
He was born Nov. 11, 1939, in Montezuma, to Herman and Rose Donovan Peggs. On Jan. 12, 1972, he married Rebecca (Finch) Peggs, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Deb (Greg) Joseph, Cridersville, Diana McVicker, Lima, and Keith (Charlotte) Peggs, Chickasaw; six siblings, Mary Ann Short, Pennsylvania, Nancy Flower, Celina, Susie Peggs, Celina, Cathy (Charles) Chaney, St. Marys, David Peggs, Montezuma, and Billy (Linda) Peggs, Texas; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Edwin Peggs; a son-in-law, Donald McVicker; a great-grandchild; two brothers, Don and Dale Peggs; two sisters, Jean Peggs and Sharon Markley; and a brother-in-law, John Short.
He was a member of the Montezuma Church of Christ. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in the Secret Service. He retired from Moeller Trucking in Maria Stein.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. John Nunnally, officiating.
Calling is 11a.m. -1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the State of the Heart Hospice.
