Equipment knocks down the Taco Bell restaurant, 535 E. Market St., Celina, and construction will follow during the next 90 days. A new Taco Bell is expected to open Memorial Day, said George Kentris, president of Celina Restaurants Inc., restaurant owner. The new 2,500-square-foot building will follow prescribed Taco Bell headquarter's style standards established in 2006. The restaurant, which will look similar to the Wapakoneta Taco Bell, will have a more upscale dining area with seating for 62 people, Kentris said. A drive-through will be available. Celina Restaurants owns 29 Taco Bells in northwest Ohio, including those in St. Marys and Wapakoneta.
