* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Martha Willis
Martha Ann Willis, 100, St. Marys, died at 10:38 p.m. March 7, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Jan. 9, 1911, in DeGraff, to Paul and Ama Kinsinger Hamsher. On Sept. 3, 1929, she married Wayne A. Willis, who died Nov. 25, 1990.
Surviving are two children, Patricia Willis, Ashland, Ala., and Michael (Joan) Willis, Cincinnati; a sister, Joan Kuck, Lima; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a grandchild.
She was a graduate of DeGraff High School and co-owner of Willis Electric Company in Urbana. She worked as a mail checker at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton during World War II. She was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Friday in the Meyer Community Chapel at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, the Rev. Carol Sainey officiating. Burial is at Greenwood Cemetery in DeGraff.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Friday at the chapel.
