* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected, especially early Wednesday morning.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Blanche Humbert
Blanche G. Humbert, 97, Celina, died at 3:30 a.m. March 23, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 23, 1913, in Celina to Nick and Pearl Painter Humbert.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are four brothers, Dale, Robert, Gerald and Stanley Humbert; and two sisters, Lula Kinnison and Violet Humbert.
She graduated from the former Washington Township High School. She was a member of the Wabash United Church of Christ, the Celina Eastern Stars #91, Amarath and the Mercer County Council on Aging. She formerly worked at Pantry Pride and retired from Reynolds and Reynolds, both of Celina.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Wilton Hull officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 3-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
