* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Darke and Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 929 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Recovery, Sharps Crossing, Greenville, Coldwater, Union City, St. Henry, Ansonia, Burkettsville, North Star, Rossburg, New Weston, Rose Hill, Brock, Cosmos, andPikeville.

Daniel Broerman
Daniel Raymond Broerman, 77, St. Henry, died at 8:34 p.m. March 26, 2011, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born March 18, 1934, in Carthagena to Raymond D. and Alma Bertke Broerman. On July 4, 1961, he married Mary Lou Seibert, who survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving are six children, Charles (Vickie) Broerman, Colorado Springs, Colo., Mark (Janet) Broerman, New Bremen, Connie (Dave) Grilliot, Versailles, Angie Broerman, Coldwater, Lisa (Todd) Lennartz, Fort Recovery, and Jennifer (Ted) Meyer, New Bremen; two brothers, Fred (Alma) Broerman, Versailles, and Edgar (Darlene) Broerman, Las Cruces, N.M.; two sisters: Benita Rindler, St. Henry, and Rosanne (Raymond) Bednarcik, Dover, Del.; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are, a sister, Irene Fink; a brother, John Broerman; and two brothers-in-law, Bill Rindler and Arnie Fink.
A member of St. Henry Catholic Church, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a volunteer at Mercer Health in Coldwater and a 1953 graduate of Marion Local High School. He was a press machine operator at Marwill Products, Fort Loramie, and formerly worked at New Idea in Coldwater and for the village of St. Henry.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Benedict Magabe officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
