* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Changing location

Crews remove the Mercer County Veterans Memorial marker on Logan Street in Celina on Friday. The memorial is being moved to Lakeshore Park on a mound near the intersection of Ash and Logan streets. Officials say the new location will allow more room, and they hope to have it ready by Memorial Day. The project is being funded by local veterans organizations and donations.
