Charles Doseck
Charles Henry Doseck, 95, St. Marys, died at 2:15 p.m. April 6, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 15, 1916, in Auglaize County, to Edward and Theresia Becher Doseck. On Sept. 17, 1944, he married Juanita W. Osborne, who survives.
Also surviving are his children: John (Holly) Doseck, Bryan, Russ (Mary Jane) Doseck, Lima, Shirley (Jim) Fenstermaker, Vancouver, Wash., Gene (Linda) Doseck, Lancaster, and Virginia (Jerrold) Hobler, St. Marys; a sister, Theresia Fellows, Sebring, Fla.; three brothers, William Doseck, Botkins, Nicholas (Barb) Doseck, Botkins, and Philip (Ruth) Doseck, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Richard Doseck; three brothers: Edward, Frederick and Joseph Doseck; and a sister, Laura Mosler.
A farmer until 1971, he was retired from John's Furniture Store in St. Marys. He was a former member of Church of Christ, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. James Jamison of Meadowbrook Baptist Church, Lima, officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 Friday at the funeral home.
