* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A backhoe starts to remove a damaged sign near the entrance to Walmart along Havemann Road in Celina on Wednesday morning. Clean-up efforts following Tuesday's tornado continue today.
