* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marjorie Tidwell
Marjorie L. Tidwell, 68, New Bremen, died at 11:50 a.m. May 3, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born Sept. 14, 1942, in Celina, to Robert L. and Eva A. Hill Hole. On Oct. 30, 1971, she married Norman "Bud" Tidwell, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Robert (April) Tidwell, Fort Wayne, Ind., Brian (Mandy) Tidwell, Huntsville; two brothers, Frank (Barbara) Hole, Fort Wayne, and Dave (Deb) Hole, Celina; two sisters, Marie (Kenny) Laux, Celina, and Mary Alice (Ken) Reid, West Palm Beach, Fla., two sisters-in-law, Brenda (Harry) Mason and Melba Copeland, both of Sidney; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Robert, Merrill, Lloyd and Dennis Hole; and a sister, Althea Staugler.
A 1960 graduate of Celina High School, she was a homemaker and had been employed at Celina Insurance Group.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Dawn Swartz officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, James Cancer Center at The Ohio State University, Rum Creek United Methodist Church in Quincy or to the donor's choice.
