* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Celina's Paige Dorsten finished third in the discus on the first day of the Western Buckeye League track meet on Wednesday in Van Wert. Dorten's top throw was 109-9.
