* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carl Leach
Former St. Marys resident the Rev. Carl J. Leach, 84, died May 14, 2011, in Medina.
He was born March 6, 1927, in Salem, to Roy and Mary Beck Leach. On March 25, 1950, he married Charmaine Russell, who died Dec. 31, 2006.
Surviving are a son, Russell (Anna) Leach, Medina, and two grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Brian and Bruce Leach; three brothers, Rolland, Charles and Donald Leach; and a sister, Dorothy Andrei.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard in the Pacific Fleet during World War II and graduated from Miami University, Oxford, in 1951. He worked in St. Marys at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Kroger.
He entered the Evangelical Lutheran Theological Seminary in Columbus in 1962. He served at the Ohio State Penitentiary, Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bryan, and Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Ypsilanti, Mich.
He served on the Board of Lutheran Social Services of Michigan and after retirement spent 10 years as interim pastor in six western Ohio parishes, including St. Paul, Coldwater.
Services are 4 p.m. Sunday at Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, the Rev. Cathy Schibler officiating with concelebrants Revs. Colleen Kamke, Steven Reshan and Doug Gunkelman. Private burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, and one hour prior to service Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Seminary or the Alzheimer's Association.
