* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sylvester Rosenbeck
Sylvester B. Rosenbeck, 89, Fort Recovery, died at 5:42 a.m. May 27, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Aug. 29, 1921, in Coldwater, to Henry and Frances (Severt) Rosenbeck. On Jan. 24, 1948, he married Hilda Feltz, who died Feb. 1, 2011.
Surviving are four sons, Jim (Patty) Rosenbeck, Wendelin, John (Betty) Rosenbeck, Sharpsburg, Joe Rosenbeck, Wendelin, and Rich (Sandy) Rosenbeck, all of Wendelin; two daughters, Lucy (Virgil) Tobe, Wendelin, and Alice (Ted) Dull, St. Marys; a brother, Wilfred (Mary) Rosenbeck, Coldwater; 19 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Also deceased are two brothers, Urban and Edward Rosenbeck; five sisters, Dorothy Droesch, Louise Timmerman, Mary Wolters, Leona Droesch and Rita Nerderman; and a grandchild.
He was a member of the St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Wendelin. He was retired from the former Avco New Idea in Coldwater and was a retired farmer.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Benedict Magabe officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Brockman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
