* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Schilling
Ralph R. Schilling, 86, Coldwater, died at 6:11 a.m. June 1, 2011, at Briarwood Village.  
He was born Aug. 3, 1924, in Fort Recovery, to Phillip and Philamena Thoma Schilling. On June 26, 1947, he married Irene Siefring, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are five children, Patty Schilling, Tiffin, Terry Padney, Bay Village, Joanne Schilling, Westerville, Rick Schilling, Coldwater, and Thomas (Cathy) Schilling, Oakwood; a sister, Helene Doll, Coldwater; two sisters-in-law, Dolly Schilling, Midland, Mich., and Marie Schilling, Coldwater; a son-in-law, Butch Duerr, Coldwater; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Sharon Duerr; three sisters and spouses, Edna and Al Jano, Ruth and Andrew Busch, and Esther and Hubert Jones; three brothers and one spouse, Vincent and Maryan Schilling, Regis Schilling and Eugene Schilling; a son-in-law, Edward Padney; and a brother-in-law, Tony Doll.
A member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society, he also was a charter member of the Coldwater VFW and a member of Disabled American Veterans and the Coldwater American Legion. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II and was awarded a Purple Heart.
He was employed at Pax Steel, Coldwater, and was retired from New Idea, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may directed to the American Heart Association or to State of the Heart Hospice.
