* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 104 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Twila Miller
Twila Miller, 92, Celina, died at 4:45 a.m. June 20, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 15, 1918, in Center Township to Berlin and Grace Schwarck Miller.
Surviving is a son-in-law Brant (Maylu) Holladay, Chattanooga, Tenn.; sisters, Darrah High, Mendon, and Druella Sutter, Celina; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Vanita Holladay; three sisters, Irene Mills, Dorothy Boyer and Marilyn Meihls; and two brothers, Emmett Miller and Berlin "Jack" Miller.
She was a 1936 graduate of Mendon High School and retired from Ohio Decorative in Spencerville in 1981. She was a member of Ross Church of the Brethern, Mendon, where she taught Sunday school for many years.
Service is 11 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Dean Bruce officiating. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
