A strong low pressure system will track across West Virginia tonight. On the backside of the low, an arctic airmass will spread into the Ohio Valley. Maria Stein Country Fest tractor square dancers, dressed as characters from the "Dukes of Hazzard," show off their moves in front of more than 200 nursing home and special need guests during a Thursday afternoon preview. The festival runs today and Sunday on the grounds of the Maria Stein Center.
