* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kay Hume
Kay Virginia Hume, 73, Celina, died at 12:40 a.m. June 26, 2011, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born on Nov. 30, 1937, in Delphos, to Fred and Rosemary Langemeyer Shipman. She married James Hume, who survives.
Also surviving are children Kris (Greg) Greenwood, San Diego, Calif, Kurt (Kyla) Eversman, St. Marys, Kim (Robbie) Young, St. Marys; stepchildren, Jolisa Hume, Plano, Tex., Jennifer Hume, Oakland, Calif., Jodi Brandon, Celina; five grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
Deceased is her second husband, Bob Frideger.
A 1955 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, she graduated in 1976 from Wright State University.
She was a member of the American Legion Post Auxiliary in Celina and the St. Marys Veterans of Foreign Wars Post Auxiliary.
She retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber in St. Marys in 2000 and then worked for Big Bear in Celina and Country Market in Wapakoneta.
There will be no service.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
