* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Photographer Russell Reynolds of Lima and his wife, former New Bremen resident Janice Richey Reynolds, make a good team on the go in the great outdoors, photographing nature and wildlife. Janice said her involvement is mostly "grabbing the (steering) wheel while he takes a picture."
