* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina may sell unused properties

CELINA - City officials are considering selling five properties within Celina.
Council's building and grounds committee met this week to discuss the possibility of liquidating surplus city properties, which include an empty lot outside the public works building on Morton Street, a wooded lot on Grand Lake Road, the former Piper property on Godfrey Avenue, the former Heffner property on North Street, and a city lot on Touvelle Street. Motorcycle crash victims still critical

A St. Marys couple remain in critical condition today at a Lima hospital, where they were taken by helicopter, following a motorcycle-car crash Wednesday night near Montezuma.
