* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lewis Gray
Lewis A. Gray, 87, Celina, died at 12:30 a.m. Aug. 11, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Jan. 7, 1924, in Mercer County, to Arthur F. and Roxie Wrigley Gray. On April 7, 1949, he married Ruth Spicer, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Connie Gray and Sharon (Rick) McGowan, all of Celina,and a sister, Ruth Getman, Celina.
Deceased is a sister, Evelyn Brinkman.
A retired farmer, he was a Center Township Trustee and a Center Township school board member. He was employed by Clark Equipment Company, Lima.
He was a 1942 graduate of Celina High School and was a member of Celina First Church of God. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Bruce Strine and Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
