* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Damon Springer
Damon Springer, 16, Celina, died Aug. 15, 2011, at Wayne Hospital, Greenville, following an industrial accident.
He was born Oct. 24, 1994, in Knox County. His father, James Springer, survives in Celina, and his mother, Amy (Duane) Willey, survives in Danville.
Also surviving are a brother, Andrew Springer, Celina; a sister, Beth Shafer, Celina; grandparents, Don and Dorothy Springer, Celina, James Frye, Mount Vernon, and Mike and Bonnie Swingley, Howard; great-grandparents, William and Evelina Frye, Howard; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Deceased are uncles Scott Springer and Glen Willey and two cousins.
A junior at Celina High School, he was on the wrestling team and sang in the choir. He attended Journey Church, Danville, and was a junior member of Hopewell Grange. He worked for Springer Tree Service.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Mount Tabor Church of God, Celina. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
